Try This Workout
1. Starting pose-Put your 4 fingers on the grooves of the hand grip, and your thumb at the bottom of it.
2. Clenched your hand in constant speed slowly in 3 seconds (for beginners, you may count 1-2-3 in your mind).
3. When you reach the extreme point, hold for one second and come back at the same pace (count 1-2-3 in your mind again）.
4.Do it 3 times, and remember, always hold your strength and control the movement
